Subject: [PATCH] feat: Superpowers-Plugin im Workflow verankern

Deklaration in settings.json statt Vendorn der Skill-Dateien, damit
Upstream-Updates weiter greifen. bootstrap.sh installiert das Plugin auf
neuen Maschinen und aktualisiert es bei jedem Lauf.
